New music technology lab to be built in the FHS band room...

The Ferndale band program is soon to see a new computer lab complete with five octave keyboards, state of the art computers and the latest music software. Students will now be able to write music and have it played back to them instantaneously to evaluate their work. This was all made possible by the Ferndale Band Boosters who recently raised $15,000 at the annual auction this past February. Below is an example of other technology labs found in schools across the nation. The lab will have five workstations and be housed where the music library is currently.
